12. What if my product is damaged upon receipt?
a. This is very unlikely, as we ensure sufficient packaging and only use reputable delivery services.
b. In any case, we have insurance coverage included in every delivery. Please open the packaging in front of the delivery person to ensure that your product is in one piece. If your product is damaged, please report to the delivery person and the price you pay will be reimbursed back to you.
c. We’d also appreciate it if you inform us promptly if any of your product is damaged so we can take the necessary actions to improve our services to you.
